CHARITY PROJECTS

MOMS Club is actively involved in helping others and our

community. Once in awhile we will ask members for donations

for charities such as our annual garage sale benefiting

the MOMS Club’s Mother-to-Mother fund, back to school

supply drive, Toys-for-Tots and more. We are continually

collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House and box

tops for education year round. Contact the Administrative VP

for more information.

 

MOTHER-TO-MOTHER FUND

The Mother-To-Mother Fund helps MOMS Club members

who, through no fault of their own, are experiencing devastating

natural or financial disasters. The Fund has helped hundreds

of mothers since the 1994, sending out more than three

-quarters of a million dollars in grants to help with medical

emergencies, sudden death of a spouse and other unexpected

financial emergencies, as well as natural disasters like fires,

tornados, floods and hurricanes.

 

SUNSHINE COMMITTEE

Those who are interested, would be providing sunshine meals

to new mothers or mothers in need of help at a difficult time

in their family. Contact the Sunshine Coordinator if you

would like to help or for more information.

 

EVENT CALENDER AND NEWSLETTER

A monthly calendar is emailed mid-month to all MOMS Club

members, this will include all upcoming events with locations

and times. The evite will include more specific event information.

The newsletter is emailed at the end of every month. We

offer FREE advertising to all MOMS Club members in the

newsletter. Contact the Newsletter Coordinator for more info.

 

EMAILS

Emails are our main way of communication for the MOMS

Club; it is our life-line. It is the quickest and easiest way to get

information to all our members. 

 

EVITES

Members will receive evites to MOMS Club events, including

their child’s playgroup. Check thru your emails or go to

www.evite.com to check all you evites at once. Simply create

an account or log-on. Be sure to use the same email address

you have in the roster. Please reply to your evites because it

helps hosts in planning their event. If you have trouble receiving

or viewing your evites, please contact a Membership VP.

 

ATTENDANCE

Children are always invited to attend any MOMS Club event

including the Membership Meetings. So you can have more

fun, it is best to leave the kids at home for Mom’s Night Out.

It is recommended to check your email or evite before showing

up for a event to make sure the location has not been

changed or canceled (perhaps due to weather).

 

ANNUAL DUES

A MOMS Club membership fee of $25 is due when you join

and every year you renew. Your name will be listed in the

newsletter when your membership is about to expire. If you

choose to renew, you must complete a new liability sheet
